"Exactly what I hoped for"
I ordered a dress from City Chic as soon as I opened the package I was like, yep, this is exactly what I wanted. It looked just like the photos, the colour was spot on, and the fabric felt how it was described. The fit was really good too, which was such a relief because I was half expecting some kind of surprise. Super happy with it and I’d definitely trust their descriptions again.

"Great deals when the sales hit"
I’ve had a good experience overall. The regular prices are okay, but the promos really make a difference at checkout. When there’s a sale going on, it’s definitely worth buying.

"Dress was fine, but the packaging was crushed"
The dress itself arrived in good condition and looked fine, but the packaging was squashed when it got to me. I was a bit disappointed to see it arrive like that, and I’d appreciate an apology or at least some acknowledgment since it didn’t feel like the order was handled very carefully.

"Nice fabric, but the wait was annoying"
I got a few tops and I do really like them. The fabric feels soft and comfortable, not scratchy at all, and I’ve washed them a bunch of times now and they’ve held their shape well. The only frustrating part was waiting longer than I expected for them to arrive, but the tops themselves are good.

"Pretty decent stuff overall"
I got a dress and a pair of jeans, and both feels nicer than I expected, not cheap or flimsy. The fit was mostly right too, which was a relief. Only thing is one seam on the dress was a little loose, but overall I’m happy with it.

"Pretty good deal when it’s on sale"
I’ve picked up a few dresses from City Chic now, and the quality has been good, good enough for the price for sure. I’d say it’s especially worth it when there’s a sale on, because full price can feel a little much sometimes. The deals make it feel way more reasonable. Shipping was fine too, not super fast but not bad. I’d buy again, especially if I catch another sale

"Pretty fast delivery, honestly"
I ordered from City Chic and was kind of expecting it to take a little while, but it showed up in just a few days. Everything seemed packed properly and I got tracking updates along the way, so I wasn’t really left wondering where it was. Overall, I’d say the delivery was really quick and easy. I’d probably order again.

I returned a dress because it didn’t fit, and I was expecting a bit of a hassle or at least some kind of compensation for the trouble. But once they received it back, the refund came through quickly and the emails kept things clear. No drama in the end, which I appreciated

"Delivery was dependable"
I ordered a couple of dresses and the delivery was solid overall. The tracking updated fine, and the package showed up in good condition. It was maybe a day later than I expected, but not a big deal. I'd probably order again. Anyway

"Pretty easy exchange, honestly"
I had to swap a dress for a smaller size and, i was a bit unsure at first because returns can sometimes be a hassle. But the steps were clear enough, and I didn’t really get stuck trying to figure it out.

The new size arrived sooner than I thought it would, and the email updates about the exchange and refund were actually helpful. I wasn’t expecting it to be that smooth, but yeah, I’m really happy with how simple it ended up being.

I don’t know what kind of magic they’re using, but the fit is spot on every time I order. Like, I’m almost shocked at this point because I keep expecting one item to be off, and nope, same perfect fit again. It’s kind of amazing.

"Comfortable, and I think the fit is decent"
I’ve been wearing these all day and they’re really comfy. The sizing seems mostly right to me, though I’m not totally sure if one of the tops is supposed to sit the way it does because it feels a little odd. Still, overall I’m happy with them.

"Instantly loved the styles"
I’ll be honest, I made a quick judgment the first time I checked out City Chic and thought, yep, this is actually cute. The designs feel more stylish than the usual plus size options, and I can almost always find something I’d wear for a night out.
